How do the letter packages arrive? 

- All letter parcels will arrive wrapped in plastic shipping wrap, addressed to the person that made the initial order. inside the plastic shipping wrap the box is sealed. The shipping wrap should be removed and  the sleeved box is designed to be opened by the child that it is intended for.

How are the letter packages sent? 

- All letters are sent 1st class with Royal Mail. orders end one week PRIOR to last royal mail delivery dates to ensure delivery is made.

How many children can go on a letter?

- To keep our letters truly personal and not too long, we recommend up to 2 children per letter. We can put up to 4 per one letter, however we like to include small details that will surprise the children, to really amp up the magic. Too many children on one letter takes away from the truly personal experience as less information fits onto the letter.

What is the reindeer food made from? 

- Our reindeer food is 100% safe for use in your garden. Each packet contains wild bird seed, Gluten Free oats and grass seed. No glitter is used and we use recycled paper bags. The bird seed is peanut free and wheat free. 

How do you ensure environmental sustainability?

- We source eco friendly suppliers where possible. The envelopes used for Letters to and from Santa are made from well managed forests, recycled materials and/or other controlled wood sources which are certified by The Forest Stewerdship Council. We source all supplies in wholesale bulk; giving a lower carbon footprint due to less deliveries.
